Our goal is to give you complete satisfaction with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from the Soaring Society of America store, simply return it to us for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund.

Refund & Exchange policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help to fix the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. Please put the packing slip with the order and the reason for returning the item. we will not pay for shipping unless we are at fault. If you do not have a packing slip that was sent with order we need your full name, phone/email, date of purchase, method of payment & the reason item was returned. You may return any online purchases by mailing it back to us within 30 days to:
